A 5th floor fully renovated penthouse of 70sqm offers to a group of one to six people (2 double beds and 1 sofa bed) a relaxing accommodation at a modern environment. From a spacious open view terrace, the visitor enjoys relaxing outdoor sitting or a bottle of wine during a summer evening.

From both bedrooms, as well as from the living room, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, there is access to the veranda. There is also a dining space, two restrooms and a kitchen, equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Walking distance from the apartment to the metro station provides easy access to the center of Athens, to visit all the historical places and the archaeological sights and to discover the Athens nightlife. Also, is an alive neighborhood where a visitor can find mini markets, small traditional taverns, ouzeries and bars and feel the rhythm of Patissia, an interesting area of the center of Athens.
